DYNAPAC CA15
single drum roller was operated without a roll-over protective structure
(ROPS).
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method of abatement would
be to install a
rollover protective structure (ROPS) on the DYNAPAC CA15 Roller and ensure
that the
operator utilizes the seat belt.
