T.C.A. 50-3-105(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: In that the employees were exposed to the hazard of being caught between vehicles. As the vehicle from the previous workstation was pulled up to their workstation, employees were standing between the vehicles being moved and the one they were working on. A feasible means of abatement would be for the employer to develop and implement policies and procedures that prevent vehicles being driven up to employees working on another vehicle.
