riding
outside the cab of the John Deere 410G backhoe loader, thereby exposing the
employee to falling and being crushed by moving equipment, on or about
October
23, 2009.
ABATEMENT NOTE:  One feasible means, among other methods is to forbid
riders on
the equipment.  Only the seated operator shall be allowed on the machine.
