a)  Airport, flight line  --  The driver side door on "J-3" fuel truck
would not close due to the door
handle and door latch missing from the truck.
b)  Airport, flight line  --  The electrical control box mount in the cab
of
"J-2" jet fuel truck was
broken and electrical control box was rubbing against metal.

METHODS TO CORRECT THESE HAZARDS ARE TO  INSTALL DOOR HANDLE
