North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Airport, flight line -- The driver side door on "J-3" fuel truck would not close due to the door handle and door latch missing from the truck. b) Airport, flight line -- The electrical control box mount in the cab of "J-2" jet fuel truck was broken and electrical control box was rubbing against metal. "AMONG OTHER METHODS, FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHODS TO CORRECT THESE HAZARDS ARE TO INSTALL DOOR HANDLE AND DOOR LATCH ON J-3 FUEL TRUCK AND MOUNT ELECTRICAL CONTROL BOX IN CAB OF J-2 JET FUEL TRUCK.
