T.C.A. 50-3-105(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place
of employment
which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:
In that the employer did not ensure the ramp on trailer 561 was maintained
in a safe condition
for employees. The ramp was missing the ramp hooks used to secure it to
the trailer deck and
prevent it from slipping off. The manufacturer requires the ramp to be
appropriately anchored
to the trailer deck with the ramp hooks.
A feasible means of abatement would be to attach the hooks to the ramp
with a wire cable to
ensure they remain with the original ramp.nal
