performed on a column
mounted jib crane equipped with a pendant controlled electric hoist.  The
crane was used several
days earlier by an employee to hoist and mount the rotary table motor.

follow ASME
B30.11-2004, American Society of Mechanical Engineer standard for
Monorails and Underhung
Cranes, Section 11-2.1.3 for Periodic Inspections.
