protruding
vertical copper and PVC pipes were exposed to impalement hazard. The
one-half inch
and one inch diameter copper water pipes projected approximately 6 to 14
inches above
the floor level.  The one and one-half inch diameter PVC air line extended
5 to 6 inches
above floor level.
