On or about 1/27/09, the Budgit and Dayton underhung hoists used to lift
piano parts
were not subject to regular inspections.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to
establish and implement a program of frequent and periodic inspections in
accordance
with the requirements of ASME B30.16-2003, American Society of Mechanical
Engineers Safety Standard, Overhead Hoists (Underhung), Section 16-2.1:
Inspection.

the requirements
