Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: On May 8, 2009 at the guard booth located at the entrance to Camp Penal Punta Lima in Naguabo it was observed and documented that employees were stung by bees. Bees honeycomb were observed on two places of the aluminum roof of the guard booth marquee, and twenty feet (20') above the ground. Among other methods, one feasible method of correcting this hazard is to remove the honeycombs. Hazard: Employees being stung by bees El 8 de mayo de 2009 en la caseta del guardia localizada en la entrada del Campamento Penal Punta Lima en Naguabo se observo y se documento que empleados fueron picados por abejas. Panales de abejas fueron observados en dos partes del techo de aluminio de la marquesina de la caseta de guardias y a una altura aproximada de veinte pies (20') sobre el piso. Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible para corregir este riesgo es remover los panales. Riesgo: Que empleados sean picados por abejas.
