Labor and Employment Article, Section 5-104(a): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a)Date of Violation:01/23/09 Condition:Employees operated powered industrial trucks without wearing seat belts. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to provide and install seat belts on all forklifts.
