employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
The employer of Bridge Security Service Inc., the employer did not provide
training to his
employees related to the handling of domestic violence in the workplace,
as required by the Act
for the Implementation of a Protocol to Handle Domestic Violence
Situations
in the Workplace
or Place of Employment, Act No. 217 of 2006 and Section 6(a) of the Puerto
Rico Occupational
Safety and Health Act, Act No. 16 of 1975 as amended.
Hazard: Fatalities and related injuries to Domestic Violence.
Among other methods to abate this hazard is: Provide training to all the
employees related to
its written protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the
workplace.
En la compania Bridge Security Service Inc., el patrono no proveyo
adiestramiento a sus
empleados relacionado al Manejo de situaciones de Violencia Domestica en
el lugar de trabajo,
como es requerido por la Ley para la Implantacion de un Protocolo para
Manejar Situaciones
de Violencia Domestica en el lugar de trabajo, Ley No. 217 de 2006 y la
Seccion 6 (a) de la
Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico, Ley 16 del 5 de
agosto de 1975 segun
enmendadas.
Riesgo: Fatalidades y lesiones relacionadas Violencia Domestica en el
lugar de trabajo.
Entre otros metodo un metodo para corregir este riesgo: Proveer
adiestramiento a todos los
empleados con relacion al protocolo escrito para el manejo de violencia
domestica en el area de
trabajo.
