regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations
promulgated under
Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as

follows:
A.  Employer knew or should have known that 4 unguarded steel posts,
protruding in excess
of 20 inches high from earth, constituted an impalement hazard to
employees at the
McDonalds Restaurant job site.  A feasible and useful method, among
others, to correct this
hazard is to ensure posts are guarded.
