644B-42, equipped with a rollover protection system, without wearing the
seat belt was
exposed to the hazard of being thrown from the forklift at the Roebuck
Elementary School
job site.  A feasible and useful method, among others, to correct this
hazard is to ensure
employees wear the seatbelt when operating the forklift.
