follows:
A.  Employer knew or should have known that a New Holland model LX985 skid
steer
loader, having an obstructed view to the rear, exposed employees to the
hazard of being
struck by the loader, when it operates in reverse gear, at the Airport
Baptist Church jobsite.
A feasible and useful method among other methods to correct this hazard is
to assure that an
operable reverse signal alarm is installed on the loader.
