Employer knew or should have known that employees operating a Hyster forklift, Serial number C002D19977Y, were exposed to being thrown from the driver's seat. A feasible and useful means of abatement, among others, is to install and use the seatbelt. B. Employer knew or should have known that employees operating an Allis Chamber forklift, Serial number 17111718, were exposed to being thrown from the driver's seat. A feasible and useful means of abatement, among others, is to install and use the seatbelt.
