under Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as amended,0 as follows: A. Employer knew or should have known that a Bobcat loader, Model T300, with a restricted view to the rear exposed employees in the work area to the hazard of being struck by the loader as it moved in reverse with no alarm sounded at the Polo Village job site. A feasible and useful method, among others, to correct this hazard is to ensure that loader is equipped with an operable reverse signal alarm.
