Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazards of struck-by. a) On or about January 5, 2010, at 2282 S.E. Military Dr, San Antonio, TX, the employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard in that employees were exposed to the grill falling on them. The grill legs were not stable and in poor repair.

Military Dr, San Antonio, TX, the employees were exposed to being burned. The spatula on the grill was broken , the basket that lift fries out was sticking/broken and the container that holds hot oil had broken wheels.
