inside
the bucket of a Deere 330C LC excavator approximately ten (10) feet above a
concrete surface, on or about 02/08/2010.
ABATEMENT NOTE:  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method
to correct
this hazard is to follow the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM)
Hydraulic Excavator
Safety Manual HE03-02, which states, "Never use a bucket for a work
platform or personnel
carrier."
