North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a)jobsite - employee failed to wear a seatbelt while operating Princeton Piggyback PBX forklift when delivering roofing shingles to site. Note: Among other methods of abatement, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to have employees wear seatbelts at all times while operating 2007 Princeton Piggyback PBX forklift Serial #134521707 as indicated in the operators manual.rs
