Kitting Department
and the employer had not removed the materials from the racks and had not
repaired or
replaced the damaged portion(s).
Among other feasible method, one feasible and acceptable method to correct
this hazard is to
immediately unload visibly damaged racks until they can be repaired or
replaced in
accordance with ANSI MH16.1-2008, American National Standards Institute
Specification for
the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks.
***Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the
requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)***
