causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees:
The employer failed to furnish employment and a place of employment free
from recognized
hazards, as follows:
a.Located in the teacher's workshop of Bldg "E" of the Veterans Tribute CTA
project. An employee was observed applying 3M Hi-Strength Spray Adhesive on
a piece of shelving material without Respiratory protection. The room did
not
have a working ventilation system. The employee was exposed to hazardous
and
extremely flammable (Flash Point = -42 degrees Farentheit) vapors, mists or
spray.

appropriate
local exhaust ventilation. do not use in a confined area or areas with
