were exposed to fall and crushing hazards working from the bucket of a
loader:
(a)  For the employees hanging plumb bobs for the construction of support
columns while
using the bucket of a Case 590 rubber tired backhoe/loader as a work
platform, located
at 1224 Cliff Avenue SW, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Among other methods of abatement, one feasible and acceptable method to
correct the
hazard is to follow the requirements of the manufacturer's operating
instructions and
prohibit employees from using the front end loader to lift employees or
using the bucket
as a work platform.
