used
to restrain a Caterpillar pipe-laying tracker had only one wire rope clip
installed.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard
would be to install the proper amount of wire rope clips in accordance
with The
Crosby Groups Workbook, Edition 6, Section IV-A, page 48, wire rope
clips.
