1. Provide additional training regarding the company's safety training
program to be
successfully completed prior to permitting employees to operate heavy
equipment.
2. Follow the manufacture operator's manual safety precautions that during
driving
operations, to only sit in the driver's seat of the front end loader.
Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the
requirement of 29 CFR
1903.19(c).
