hazards:
On or about 01/27/2010, tag lines were not used on concrete slabs on the
North side of State
Road 84 near Nob Hill Road, in Plantation, Florida.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazardous
condition would be to use tag lines to control the load being lifted and
to keep employees from
working near and/or under loads.
PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS NOT NEEDED FOR THIS
VIOLATION.
