the safety practices
listed in the Safety and Health Information Bulletin titled "Hazards
Associated with Operating
Skid-Steer Loaders" which states: "Never permit riders on the skid-steer
loader or in the bucket
or attachment."

EMPLOYEES INVOLVED IN CLEANING AND DEMOLITION OPERATIONS, WERE
EXPOSED TO FALL HAZARDS IN EXCESS OF 6 FT WHEN WORKING WITHIN THE
