lift personnel.  Employee(s)  rode up/down on the forks of a forklift with
motorsport equipment, such as but not limited to snowmobiles, in an effort
to
stabilize the equipment from potential displacement, thus being exposed to
fall
and/or crushing hazards.
Note(1): Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method
to correct this
hazard is to require a properly designed platform with guardrailing and/or
other adequate fall
protection in place to prevent employees from a fall to lower levels as
required
by Safety
Standard for Manlifts, ASME A90.1-1969 and Safety Standard for Powered
Industrial Trucks
ANSI/ASME B56.1-1969.

item.
