Employees were observed replacing bits/teeth with the milling machine at a
6% grade, thereby
exposing the employees to being crushed if milling machine fell.
Violation observed on or about 07/06/2009.
Among others, one feasible means of abatement would have been to the
machine backed down
the hill so that the work would have performed on level ground.ed
