proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
Repeated: Isidro Sanchez High School, located in Luquillo PR, was
previously cited for
violations of this Occupational and Health Standard or equivalent Standard
in
previous PROSHA
inspections within the last 3 years:

that the employer did

Domestic Violence Situation
in the Workplace or Place of Employment Act No. 217 of September 29, 2006.
Hazard:  Employees exposed to domestic violence in the workplace
One method among others to abate this hazard: The employer shall provide
training to all
establishments employees related to handle domestic violence in the
workplace for have
knowledge and act if this situation is presented. The Women's Advocate
Office
will provide to
the employer the necessary technical guidance for implementation of the
protocol.

anteriormente por violaciones a esta Norma de Seguridad y Salud
Ocupacional o Norma

Un metodo para disminuir el riesgo: El patrono tiene que proveer
adiestramiento a todos los
empleados del establecimiento relacionado con el manejo de situaciones de
Violencia Domestica
en el lugar de trabajo. La Oficina de la Procuradora de la Mujer provee a
los patronos las guias
necesarias para la Implementacion del Protocolo.
