Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized 217 of 2006. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to provide training to all the establishment's employees related to its written protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the workplace.
