A. Employer knew or should have known that employees operating a Moffatt
forklift, Model
397FL, equipped with a roll over protection system without wearing the
seatbelt were
exposed to the hazard of being thrown from the forklift at the Church's
Chicken job site.  A
feasible and useful method, among others, to correct this hazard is to
insure employees wear
the seatbelt when operating the forklift.
