A. Employer knew or should have known that two employees standing on roof
of house
being moved down Augusta Highway were exposed to the hazards of being
thrown from or
falling from moving house on road or contacting overhead power lines while
on moving
house on road.  A feasible and useful means of abatement, among others, is
to prohibit
employees on the roof of the moving house.
