A. Employer knew or should have known that operating a Bobcat T300 loader
with a
restricted view to the rear constituted a hazard of employees working in
the vicinity being
struck by the loader when it is moving in reverse at the Goodyear job
site.  A feasible and
useful method, among others, to correct this hazard is to assure the
equipment is equipped
with an operable reverse signal alarm.
