designed as
outlined in American National Standard A14.5-2007, Section 9.3.1.2
Self-supporting
ladders shall not be used as single ladders or in the partially closed
position.
Certification, with date and method of abatement required.
Certification of abatement is required by 29 CFR Part 1903 and is to be
submitted within ten (10)
