Maryland: The employer did not furnish
employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized
hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious physical harm to employees:

This program should help to train each
employee in assigned work tasks, safe use, operation, use of tools,
recognition of safety and health hazards
associated with the employees' tasks. The program should also include
recognition, prevention, and control of
other safety hazards, procedures, practices, and requirements of each work
site.
