Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that: a) On or about 06-18-09 in the warehouse area, when installing truck beds to the frame of the Toro Workman utility vehicles employees were exposed to being run- over by the vehicle. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to follow the directions in TORO Workman Utility Vehicles operator's manual to, "Keep... parts of the body away from... any moving parts".
