METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO:
1.  Use full body harnesses, as recommended by the manufacturer, as part
of the fall arrest
system on high lift order pickers.
2.  Develop and implement a training program for operators to ensure that
employees understand
the use, limitations and inspection methods for the fall arrest system.
