injuries while
attempting to manually raise a two-story balloon-framed wall.  Inadequate
procedures were
used to lift and support the wall.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method of abatement would
be to use a
crane or forklift that has the capacity to safely lift a wall of this size
and weight and has
adequate load engaging means.  Another method would be to use wall jacks.
