which were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in

were exposed to serious burn hazards:
a)On or about April 22, 2010, a deep fat fryer was located in an area
where it was not
secured to prevent rolling and tipping.  The fryer tipped spilling hot
grease onto the
surrounding area and seriously injuring an employee.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazardous condition would be to place the fryer in an area that would
prevent the unit from
being moved or tipped, possibly with restraining ties as recommended by
the manufacturer.

this item
