a)  On or about June 10, 2010, employees were exposed to fall hazards in
excess of 17 ft
while riding a mobile conveyor to gain access to a roof while stocking it
with shingles.
Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable method of abatement is to
use a portable
ladder to access the roof and follow ASME B20.1-1996 Safety Standard for
Conveyors and
Related Equipment, which prohibits riding conveyors.
