granite slabs were not secured:
On or October 19, 2010, and at times prior, employees were exposed to
crushing hazards
from improper slab storage.  Inside the shop, large granite slabs, were
stored un-secured on
a-frames.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard
is to ensure that all slabs are securely fastened while being stored.
