a. Receive serious injuries, Employees was exposed to bone fractures due
to a tripping hazard
at the area, main entrance to the office.  Was observed loose tile, the
employees was exposed
to when walked to perform their duties of nursing and assessments of
patients.
Among other methods to correct this hazard is to glue the loose tile to
the floor.

hueso debido a riesgos de
tropezones en el area de la entrada principal a la oficina. Se observo
lozas desprendidas, los
empleados estaban expuestos cuando caminaban para ejercer sus funciones de
enfermeria y
evaluaciones de pacientes.
Otro metodo para corregir este riesgo es fijar la loza desprendida al piso.
