method to correct this hazard is to establish and implement a written
protocol to
manage situations of domestic violence at the workplaceas required by act
Number
217 of September 29.2006. The protocol must include the following minimun
requirements: A public policy statement, legal basisi and applicability,
responsabilities
of personnel, and uniform procedures and measures to be followed in order
to handle
the cases.
Hazards: Fatalities, injuries and illnesses related to domestic violence
in the
workplace.

Comercial Yauco
Plaza, en  Yauco, PR. El Patrono no ten3a un protocolo para manejar
situaciones de
violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo. Entre otros metodos, un metodo
factible y
aceptable para corregir este riesgo es establecer e implementar un
protocolo escrito
para manejar situaciones de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo
como es
requerido por la ley Numero 217 del 29 de Septiembre de 2006. El protocolo
debera
incluir los siquientes requisitos m3nimos: Declaracion de pol3tica
publica, base legal y
aplicabilidad, responsabilidad del personal, procedimiento y medidas
uniformes a
seguir en manejos de casos.
Riesgo: Fatalidades,lesiones y enfermedades relacionadas con violencia
