Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recog nized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to emp loyees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de e mpleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: En el lugar de construccion, reconstruccion del puente #BR1162, sobre la Autopista PR 52 a la altura del pueblo de Santa Isabel. Empleado que transportaba una carreti lla llena de escombros de cemento, cercana al borde (3-5pies) de un area abierta donde solo habia un cable tensor de 1/2 que iba en la parte superior y corre de sde 4 pies altura a -3 pies, en direccion de Coamo a Ponce, lado izquierdo, sur, se observaron man gueras por donde el empleado transitaba. Empleado fue expuesto a tropiezo y caid a con carretilla llena de escobros. Riesgo: Tropiezos y Caidas.
