level.

NOTE TO EMPLOYER:
Feasible means of abatement for this would be:
1) Conduct an inspection by a qualified elevator inspector and schedule
periodic
inspections according to ASME A17.1
2) Install interlocks to prevent the elevator door from opening when the
car is not
present according to ASME 17.3
3) Instruct employees not to override safety mechanisms and not to use the
elevator
if there are defects
