2009.
ABATEMENT NOTE: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to
correct this hazard is to comply with the American National Standard
Institute (ANSI)
Z245.1-2008 "Mobile Wastes and Recyclable Materials Collection,
Transportation and
Compaction Equipment - Safety Requirements.  Section 7.2.16.5 "vehicle
conspicuity
for rear-loader vehicle" requires a strip of two inches wide retro
reflective tape
bellow the hopper and not less than 375 mm (15 inches) above the road
surface.
