The employer failed to furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees: The employer failed to furnish employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards, as follows: a.In the shop area, 6365 Montessouri Street, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89113, various racks were not secured or bolted to the floor to prevent them from tipping over in the event that the forklift operator accidently bumps them or in the event of seismic activity. Plywood, lumber and other materials were stored on the racks with shelves up to approximately ten-feet high.
