DD-110 asphalt compactor with no seat, seat belt and (ROPS) Rollover

Structure where he was positioned on the equipment.
ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD,
AMONG OTHER MEANS, WOULD BE FOR THE COMPANY TO ENFORCE
THEIR EXISTING SAFETY AND HEALTH PROGRAM AS WELL AS THAT OF
THE MANUFACTURES FOR THE SAFE OPERATING AND HANDLING OF THIS
TYPE OF EQUIPMENT WHICH STATES "DO NOT ALLOW RIDERS ON THE
MACHINE UNLESS IT IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ADDITIONAL SEAT, SEAT BELT
AND A (ROPS) ROLLOVER PROTECTIVE STRUCTURE.
