Violation occured on or about 7/11/10 ABATEMENT NOTE:AMONG OTHER MEANS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO: 1. Train employees on the hazards of working around moving conveyors.
