Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At Public Work-Sanitation Division of Municipality of Corozal; the following dump trucks presented the following deficiencies: a) MU 10980; portion of left side handle broken. b) MU 9880; left riding step bended. c) MU 4372; left riding step bended. d) MU 9879; left frontal tire weared. e) MU 10979; portion of left side handle rusty. Hazard: Equipments unsafe conditions. En Obras Publicas-Division de Saneamiento del Municipio de Corozal; los siguientes camiones de recogido de la basura presentaban las siguientes deficiencias: a) MU 10980; porcion del mango de agarrarse del lado izquierdo roto. b) MU 9880; estribo del lado izquierdo doblado. c) MU 4372; estribo del lado izquierdo doblado. d) MU 9879; goma frontal izquierda gastada. e) MU 10979; porcion del mango de agarrarse del lado izquierdo oxidado.
